Registration Incentives

Registration for the Against the Tide event, whether in-person or virtual, automatically enters you into a drawing for the following items:

• Old Town Heron 11XT Kayak – DONATED BY GOOSE HUMMOCK

• Hyannis Harbor Cruise Pass – DONATED BY HY-LINE CRUISES

One winner will be drawn from all registrants. MBCC staff and Board members are not eligible to enter the drawing. Each winner is limited to one prize. Winners will be notified by email. MBCC reserves the right to make changes to the drawing terms if necessary, with notice to participants.

Virtual participants are only eligible for the Virtual Highest Fundraiser prize, which only includes gifts from Cedar’s and Hy-Line Cruises.

Participants of in-person events are eligible for fundraising prizes and podium prizes. Fundraising and podium prize winners must be in attendance at the in-person events to receive their prizes; the winners will be selected by 11:30AM the morning of each event; failure to collect prize will result in forfeiture of prize.

Fundraising Prizes

The Highest Fundraiser (for in-person events) will receive:

• 3 VIP Cedar’s Mediterranean Coupons
• 3 Hy-Line Cruises’ Martha’s Vineyard passes (each pass is good for 2 people)
• 1 Marathon Sports Gift Certificate
• 1 Cedar’s 20oz. Stainless Steel Tumbler

2nd Highest Fundraiser (for in-person events) will receive:

• 3 VIP Cedar’s Mediterranean Coupons
• 2 Hy-Line Cruises’ Martha’s Vineyard passes (each pass is good for 2 people)

3rd Highest Fundraiser (for in-person events) will receive:

• 3 VIP Cedar’s Mediterranean Coupons
• 1 Hy-Line Cruises’ Martha’s Vineyard pass (each pass is good for 2 people)

The Highest Fundraising Team (for in-person events) will receive:

• 12 VIP Cedar’s Mediterranean Coupons
• 1 Cedar’s 20oz. Stainless Steel Tumbler for the Team Captain
• 1 Hy-Line Cruises’ Martha’s Vineyard pass (each pass is good for 2 people) for the Team Captain
  • 1 additional ticket to be raffled off among the team members (each ticket is good for 2 people)
