Dear Friends,
Thank you for making the 23rd Annual Lesbians & Friends LGBTQ+ Virtual Dance a success. On behalf of Massachusetts Breast Cancer Coalition’s (MBCC) Board of Directors and staff, we were honored and proud to present Lily Tomlin with the MBCC Environmental Activist Award. We are grateful that she was able to join us, along with special guests Karen Williams, Liz Nania, and Shelly Cullen.
In 1991, a group of lesbians founded MBCC with a unique goal of focusing on the preventable causes of breast cancer. Six years later, Attorney Susan Wilson organized the first Lesbians & Friends Dance, and we are honored that after 23 years, this wonderful event continues. We are especially touched by your support of our first-ever virtual event.
Thank you to our many MBCC supporters who helped in a variety of ways. A special thank you to our sponsors, auction donors, volunteers, and everyone who came to dance the night away. Your generosity was impressive and will be utilized in helping MBCC as we continue to work towards our unique goal of breast cancer prevention.
With heartfelt appreciation,
