The feature included MBCC representative Jillian Stuart alongside Ron and Pete Cardi, who discussed the importance of supporting MBCC’s mission breast cancer prevention, environmental health advocacy, and community awareness efforts across Massachusetts.

For more than three decades, Against the Tide has brought together families, friends, survivors, advocates, swimmers, runners, walkers, and supporters united by one shared mission: breast cancer prevention.

- Saturday, June 20, 2026 — 34th Annual Against the Tide at Hopkinton State Park
- Saturday, June 27, 2026 — 27th Annual Against the Tide at Nickerson State Park
Athletic components include USATF-certified 5K and 10K runs, a USMS-sanctioned 1-mile swim, 1-mile recreational and competitive swims, a ½-mile recreational swim, and a 3-mile fitness walk.
