Here are the swim route maps and directions for Hopkinton State Park and Nickerson State Park.

HOPKINTON
Route 495: Take I-495 to exit 21A. Route 135 East to Hopkinton Center. Left onto Route 85 North (Cedar Street). Entrance 2 miles on right. Swim will be held at Upper Beach, Hopkinton Reservoir in the park.

NICKERSON:
Sagamore Bridge to Cape Cod. Take Route 6 to exit 12. Follow signs to the swim. Swim will be held at the public beach, Flax Pond, which is in the park.
