The event consists of several different activities - 2 one-mile swims - competitive OR recreational, a two-mile kayak, a three-mile recreational walk - and new this year - a 5K fun run. This is a non-certified 5k run. Participants can choose to participate in one, two or three events!

MBCC requires that every participant, whether registering as an individual or part of a team, commits to raising the $150 fundraising minimum prior to the event. Click here to see requirements

NOTE: You must have pre-registered for the kayak event prior to July 15th to be guaranteed a kayak.

After registering, don't forget to create your Fundraising Page to help spread the word about MBCC and Against the Tide. In less than 5 minutes, you can create an easy and fun way of fundraising! This allows others who can't participate in the event to support your cause.
